Artificial intelligence (AI) is a major branch of computer science, which tries to embed human intelligence in machine so that the machine can think as intelligently as a human being. The term “artificial intelligence” was systematically defined in the Dartmouth College conference in 1956 as, “computer processes that attempt to emulate the human thought processes that are associated with activities that require the use of intelligence”. The computer intelligence capability has long been debated and will continue forever but definitely the human brain is the most complex intelligent machine on earth. Neurobiologists have tried for years to understand the microstructure of the human brain nervous system whereas psychologists and psychiatrics have tried to understand our thought process with a top-down approach. But still the complex human process is shrouded in mystery. Computational intelligence definitely supersedes the human process in terms of processing time of information, as well as it can perform the task without any fatigue and the results are bereft of anger, boredom, emotions and other traits of human being.
